Job Description
The Logistics Manager will oversee the planning and monitoring of outgoing cake deliveries, supervise drivers, and ensure timely distribution across Nairobi. The role involves developing cost‑saving strategies, organizing the workspace, and managing route planning using ride‑hailing apps. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of logistics experience, with strong attention to detail and communication skills. The position requires flexibility to work occasional Sundays and holidays.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field
- • Minimum two years of logistics or supply‑chain experience
- • Residence in or around Lavington, Nairobi
- • Strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of shipping metrics
- • Excellent communication, memorisation and teamwork abilities
- • Ability to work on some Sundays and holidays
- • Commitment to long‑term employment with the company
