Job Description
The Logistics Operations Manager will establish and oversee the logistics framework for a global energy company’s new Kenyan office. They coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage warehouse activities and ensure compliance with local regulations. The role focuses on optimizing supply‑chain efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- • 3–5 years of experience managing logistics operations, preferably in the energy sector
- • Strong knowledge of freight, customs procedures and warehouse management systems
- • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
- • Ability to work in a multicultural environment

- • Plan and execute transportation and distribution of goods and equipment
- • Manage warehouse operations, inventory control and stock replenishment
- • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and customs authorities
