Job Description
The Station Manager is responsible for directing all ground handling activities at the Nairobi station, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer‑focused operations. He/she oversees staff performance, maintains regulatory compliance, and drives continuous improvement across service areas. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate with airline partners and internal teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- • At least 5 years experience in airport ground handling or station management
- • Strong knowledge of aviation safety and regulatory frameworks
- • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
