Job Description
The Maintenance Officer ensures the quality and cost‑effectiveness of college facilities by overseeing work standards, valuing assets, and assessing the technical feasibility of projects. Duties include conducting inspections, managing maintenance schedules, and supporting infrastructure improvements. The role requires practical knowledge of building systems and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related technical field
- • Relevant experience in facility maintenance or property management
- • Good understanding of building systems and safety regulations
- • Ability to conduct inspections and produce detailed reports
- • Strong organizational and communication skills
