Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical will oversee all mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and safety across the facility. The role involves planning preventive maintenance, managing a team of technicians, and coordinating with other departments to minimize downtime. This position is critical for sustaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- • At least 5 years of hands‑on mechanical maintenance experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role
- • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- • Proven ability to manage budgets and procure spare parts
- • Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills
