Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor – Mechanical oversees the preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment at Safal Group’s manufacturing plant. The role ensures equipment reliability, manages the maintenance team, and coordinates spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- • Minimum 4 years experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- • Strong knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems

Responsibilities
- • Supervise a team of mechanical technicians in daily maintenance activities
- • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for production equipment
- • Diagnose mechanical faults, coordinate repairs, and oversee corrective actions
