Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform plumbing and electrical repairs and installations across hotel, apartment and commercial properties, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include routine preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and compliance with safety standards while maintaining accurate records. The role requires a certificate or diploma in a related field and at least two years of hands‑on experience. Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and a safety‑conscious attitude are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, Building Maintenance or a related field
- • At least two years of practical maintenance experience
- • Hands‑on expertise in both plumbing and electrical repairs
- • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose faults independently
- • Good knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
- • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- • Reliable, responsible and safety‑conscious attitude
- • Experience in hotel, apartment or commercial property management is an advantage
