Job Description
Responsible for supervising male housekeeping staff at a hotel or serviced apartment, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. The supervisor coordinates daily schedules, conducts inspections, and trains team members while maintaining inventory of supplies. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to deliver consistent service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or serviced‑apartment environment
- • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Housekeeping or a related field
- • Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards
- • Strong leadership and team‑management abilities
- • Excellent communication and organizational skills
- • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- • Professional, reliable and well‑presented demeanor
