Job Description
The Manager, Balance Sheet Management supports the Head of Balance Sheet Management in overseeing funding, liquidity, and asset‑liability activities for the bank. The role produces forecasts, monitors regulatory limits, and translates strategy into actionable recommendations while ensuring robust governance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with an MBA, MSc or professional certification
- • Minimum 7 years experience in banking, treasury or balance‑sheet management
- • Strong knowledge of financial markets, prudential requirements and governance standards
- • Advanced analytical, stakeholder‑management and executive‑communication skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Produce and maintain funding and liquidity forecasts for the bank
- • Support the execution of balance‑sheet strategies across funding, liquidity and ALCO governance
- • Generate analysis, forecasts and management information for senior stakeholders
- • Monitor regulatory and board‑approved limits and flag material variances
- • Coordinate governance processes, regulatory submissions and risk escalations
- • Provide actionable funding, liquidity and pricing recommendations based on analysis
