Job Description
The Manager, Core Systems oversees the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the bank’s core banking platform. Responsibilities include managing system upgrades, ensuring data integrity, coordinating with IT and business units, and supervising a team of technical specialists. The role requires deep knowledge of core banking applications and strong project‑management capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- • Proven experience managing core banking platforms, preferably in a senior role
- • Strong project‑management and change‑management skills
- • Knowledge of banking regulations and IT security standards
- • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
