Job Description
The Manager – Enterprise Risk & Governance leads the enterprise risk function, overseeing risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting across the organization. This role also coordinates third‑party risk, audit activities, and policy governance while fostering a strong risk culture. The manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and effective governance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Information Systems or a related discipline
- • Professional risk or compliance certification
- • Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management, audit, or compliance
- • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills
- • Ability to influence and drive governance initiatives
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Operationalize the enterprise risk management framework and Risk Appetite Statement
- • Conduct quarterly revalidation of departmental risk registers
- • Lead third‑party risk assessments and monitoring
- • Coordinate internal and external audit activities
- • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- • Develop and promote enterprise risk culture throughout the organization
- • Provide risk insights and recommendations to senior management
