Job Description
The manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operation, administration and user support of ERPNext and other enterprise applications across the organization. They will identify improvement opportunities, develop roadmaps and prototype solutions to streamline processes and enhance financial and operational decision‑making. The role also establishes robust issue, service‑request and change‑request procedures and collaborates closely with finance directors and business owners in Kenya and Rwanda. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (BA/BSc/HND)
- • 7–10 years of experience in enterprise systems, IT operations and cybersecurity
- • Proven ability to manage ERPNext or similar enterprise applications
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills

- • Own stable day‑to‑day operation, administration and user support for ERPNext and other assigned enterprise applications
- • Identify and shape opportunities for ERPNext to simplify work, remove manual activity and improve operational and financial decisions
- • Develop a clear view of ERPNext’s capabilities and translate it into an ambitious yet practical improvement roadmap
- • Challenge legacy processes and work with business owners to redesign workflows before digitising them
- • Prototype and pilot improvements rapidly, measure benefits and scale successful solutions across countries and functions
- • Establish clear issue, service‑request and change‑request processes with prioritisation, testing, approvals and documentation
- • Partner with finance directors and business process owners to translate requirements into actionable solutions
