Job Description
The Manager of Health Supply Chain Transformation leads the design and implementation of innovative supply‑chain solutions across multiple countries, working closely with ministries, donors and private partners. The role provides technical leadership to analysts, mentors staff, and drives business development by identifying new opportunities. It requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement and a deep understanding of global health systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher (MBA/MSc/MA) in a relevant field
- • Minimum 7 years experience in global health or development, including at least 5 years in supply‑chain management
- • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
- • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills

- • Manage in‑country project implementation and coordinate activities with ministries of health and partners
- • Identify supply‑chain challenges and co‑design sustainable solutions
- • Provide technical and functional leadership to analysts and senior analysts
- • Mentor and coach team members to ensure high‑quality delivery
- • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposal preparation
