Job Description
The HR & Compliance Manager will oversee human‑resource functions and ensure adherence to Kenyan labour law for Fertility Point, developing policies, conducting audits, and managing risk within a regulated healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or regulated‑sector environment
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour law and compliance requirements
- • Demonstrated expertise in HR policy development, audits and risk management

- • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Kenyan labour legislation
- • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments
- • Manage employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes
- • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
- • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits and statutory obligations
- • Coordinate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
