Job Description
The IT Manager defines and executes the technology strategy, oversees infrastructure, ensures security and drives innovation to support the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc in Information Technology or a related field
- • MBA/MSc preferred
- • Proven experience managing IT teams and projects
- • Strong understanding of IT governance, security and infrastructure

Responsibilities
- • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company goals
- • Conduct regular IT assessments and audits to identify improvement opportunities
- • Formulate and enforce IT policies, procedures and standards
- • Oversee design, deployment and maintenance of networks, servers and other infrastructure
- • Ensure security, availability and optimal performance of all IT systems
- • Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
- • Lead and mentor the IT team, including officers and associates
- • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
