Job Description
The Manager, IT Risk leads the development and implementation of the bank’s IT risk framework, identifies and assesses technology risks, monitors control effectiveness and reports risk exposure to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management or a related field
- • Proven experience in IT risk assessment and governance
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop and maintain the IT risk management framework
- • Identify, assess and prioritize IT risks across the bank’s systems
- • Monitor control effectiveness and recommend remediation actions
- • Produce regular risk reports for senior leadership and regulators
- • Coordinate with IT and business units to embed risk controls into projects
- • Stay updated on emerging cyber threats and regulatory requirements
