Job Description
The Manager of Legal, Regulatory & Risk will head internal legal, regulatory and risk functions, acting as the primary liaison with external partners and authorities. Responsibilities include contract management, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing policies, overseeing corporate governance and internal investigations, and managing risk mitigation strategies across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business or a related discipline
- • Post‑graduate diploma or professional certificate in legal, regulatory or risk management
- • Five to seven years post‑admission experience in corporate legal, regulatory compliance or risk management
- • Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and investigative skills
- • Ability to interpret legislation and advise on governance matters

- • Lead internal legal, regulatory and risk functions for the company
- • Serve as primary liaison with external legal partners, governmental bodies and stakeholders
- • Oversee contract management and ensure contractual compliance
- • Develop, implement and monitor regulatory compliance programmes
- • Create and update corporate policies and governance frameworks
- • Conduct internal investigations and manage legal risk assessments
- • Provide guidance to senior leadership on legal and regulatory matters
- • Coordinate risk mitigation strategies aligned with commercial objectives
