Job Description
The Manager, Management Reporting oversees the preparation, analysis, and distribution of management reports and financial insights to support strategic decision‑making at SBM Bank. Ensures data accuracy, timeliness, and relevance, while leading a team of analysts. Provides actionable recommendations to improve performance and drive business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- • Minimum 3 years experience in financial reporting or management reporting
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad‑hoc management reports for senior leadership
- • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and performance gaps
- • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of reporting data
