Job Description
The Manager, Monitoring & Learning will design and oversee monitoring and evaluation frameworks for BRAC’s projects, ensuring data quality and timely reporting. They will facilitate learning by analysing results, sharing insights with stakeholders, and recommending improvements. The role also includes capacity building for staff on M&E tools and methods.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Monitoring & Evaluation, Social Sciences or related field
- • Minimum 4 years of experience in project monitoring, evaluation and learning
- • Strong analytical and report‑writing skills
- • Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and build capacity
- • Proficiency in data management software and MS Office

- • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans for projects
- • Collect, analyse and validate data to assess project performance
- • Produce regular reports and dashboards for management and donors
- • Facilitate learning workshops and share best practices across teams
- • Provide training and technical support to staff on M&E tools
- • Ensure compliance with organisational and donor reporting requirements
