Job Description
The Manager for the SUN Business Network at GAIN leads the development and execution of private‑sector engagement strategies to advance nutrition outcomes across multiple countries. The role shapes partnership frameworks between agribusinesses in the Global North and South, supports governance restructuring, and facilitates stakeholder consultations. Managing workplans, budgets, and cross‑country teams, the manager ensures effective collaboration and delivery of project objectives. Strong negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Experience managing workplans, budgets, and risks across teams or countries
- • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence without direct line authority
- • Strong judgment, problem‑solving, negotiation, and facilitation skills
- • Willingness to travel and work flexibly in complex environments
