Job Description
The Manager, Talent Management & Development will partner with the Head of Talent to translate strategy into scalable programs, overseeing succession planning, leadership development, and capability building across the organization. The role coordinates talent reviews, high‑potential initiatives, and leadership academies while providing insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Leadership Development
- • BA/BSc/HND qualification
- • Proven ability to use talent data and analytics to inform people decisions
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Support the Head of Talent in translating talent strategy into effective programmes
- • Coordinate talent reviews, calibration and succession processes across the organization
- • Identify and develop successors for leadership and critical roles
- • Manage high‑potential, talent acceleration and internal mobility initiatives
- • Track succession readiness, bench strength and talent risks
- • Prepare talent insights and recommendations for leadership discussions
- • Coordinate leadership development programmes, academies and future‑leader pathways
- • Develop people‑manager capability through coaching, mentoring and peer learning
