Job Description
The Manager, Technology (IT) Risk will lead the bank’s technology risk framework, ensuring that IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and data protection risks are identified, assessed and mitigated. The role collaborates with IT, security and risk teams to embed controls, conduct assessments and monitor compliance with regulatory standards. It also oversees incident response and reporting to safeguard the bank’s digital assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems) and a professional certification in risk or security
- • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technology risk management, IT security or cybersecurity

Responsibilities
- • Develop, implement and maintain the bank’s Technology Risk Management Framework in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- • Embed technology risk policies, procedures and controls across business units
- • Conduct technology risk assessments, including control testing, RCSA and scenario analysis
- • Identify emerging risks such as cyber threats, third‑party IT risks, cloud and AI initiatives
- • Design and implement risk mitigation measures to address identified vulnerabilities
- • Monitor compliance with standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT and Basel
- • Lead incident and crisis management for IT security events
- • Provide regular reporting on risk metrics, key indicators and remediation status to senior management
