Job Description
The Manager, Technology Portfolio and Delivery will drive the successful implementation of Britam’s major technology programmes, beginning with the Group ERP and HRIS rollout across all operating markets. They will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to mitigate risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- • 5–7 years of experience delivering enterprise‑level technology projects
- • Proven track record managing ERP and HRIS implementations
- • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
