Job Description
The managing director provides strategic direction, oversees day‑to‑day operations and drives market growth for the real‑estate services firm across Kenya and East Africa, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and service excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Real Estate or a related field
- • MBA, MSc or MA is advantageous
- • Minimum 10 years relevant experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership roles
- • Proven track record in strategic planning, market leadership and revenue growth
- • Strong stakeholder management and team‑development capabilities

- • Collaborate with Broll Property Group on new service line roll‑outs
- • Represent the company with key stakeholders and maintain strong relationships
