Job Description
Leads the development and execution of Pula RE’s three‑year strategic plan, aligning senior management around key performance indicators. Oversees overall operations, ensuring resources are optimally allocated and the organization can adapt swiftly to market changes. Builds and mentors a high‑performing leadership team, driving performance and fostering a collaborative culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc or MA) in a relevant field.
- • Minimum 15 years of senior management experience with a proven strategic leadership record.
- • Strong analytical mindset and ability to quickly evaluate project opportunities.
- • Excellent communication skills in English
- working knowledge of French is an advantage.
- • Demonstrated capability in people development, delegation and team motivation.

- • Lead senior management team to develop and monitor a three‑year rolling strategic business plan and KPIs.
- • Drive execution of strategy, adjusting objectives as market conditions evolve.
- • Oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
- • Review and propose adjustments to service contracts and resource allocations.
- • Build and manage a diverse leadership team, providing coaching and performance oversight.
- • Regularly assess organizational structure and recommend changes to support business goals.
