Job Description
The Manufacturing Intern will support the engineering team by assisting in circuit design, process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers hands‑on experience in lean manufacturing, data collection and documentation within a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing or holding a BA/BSc/HND in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field
- • No prior experience required
- eagerness to learn in a manufacturing setting
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist in designing and testing electronic circuits for product assembly
- • Support analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and quality
- • Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify optimisation opportunities
- • Develop and update work instructions, process documentation and production layouts
- • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects
- • Collect and analyse production data using Excel and other tools
