Job Description
The Market Access Lead will drive the promotion and uptake of medical laboratory commodities within Kenya, ensuring products meet regulatory standards and are optimally utilized by healthcare providers. The role involves detailing products, coordinating training initiatives and conducting market analysis to support sales objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or professional certificate in sales, business development or related field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in sales or market access within the healthcare sector
- • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- • Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Detail Access to Health program products to generate prescriptions
- • Collaborate with field officers, combining technical expertise with sales approaches to increase patient enrolment
- • Coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and training for customers and internal teams
- • Conduct strategic market analysis and identify growth opportunities
- • Support regulatory compliance and product positioning in the market
- • Build relationships with healthcare providers and laboratories
- • Monitor product performance and provide feedback to marketing teams
