Job Description
The marketer will sustain a high rate of returning traders by managing effective customer‑service pipelines. They will identify and pitch to SMEs, informal market traders and corporate manufacturers involved in Kenya‑China trade. The role requires strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance and the import process, as well as a relevant marketing or logistics qualification.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • 2–4 years proven B2B sales and marketing experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance or express courier sectors in Kenya
- • Strong understanding of China‑to‑Kenya import processes, Incoterms, container consolidation and KRA customs compliance
- • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, International Trade, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
