Job Description
The Marketing & Communications Officer creates and manages high‑quality content that showcases project outcomes for healthcare stakeholders. They develop case studies, coordinate with design and commercial teams, and conduct interviews to translate technical information into clear narratives. The officer also maintains the monthly content calendar, briefs social media partners, and produces long‑form articles to support reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- • 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.

- • Produce detailed project case studies that document client challenges, applied judgments, and outcomes with evidence.
- • Collaborate with design, commercial, and project teams to gather necessary records for case studies.
- • Interview project leads and senior staff to capture project insights and translate them for non‑specialist audiences.
- • Own and maintain the monthly content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of published material.
- • Brief social media and web teams on upcoming content and provide ready‑to‑publish assets.
- • Write monthly long‑form articles and build a library of profiled projects for reporting purposes.
