The Marketing Officer will drive client acquisition and business growth for recruitment and HR outsourcing services. Responsibilities include prospecting new corporate clients, conducting market research and generating leads through multiple channels. The role also involves creating compelling marketing materials and nurturing relationships to secure contracts. A results‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant discipline
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, business development or B2B sales
- • Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close client contracts
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common marketing tools
- • Self‑driven and target‑oriented with the ability to work independently
