Job Description
The Marketing & PR Officer will create and implement marketing and public‑relations campaigns that raise brand awareness and engage patients across Kenya and the wider East African region. They will manage media relations, produce digital content, and support corporate marketing initiatives while representing the centre at industry events. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience in healthcare marketing or PR.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and/or public relations within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a regulated industry (preferred)
- • Strong digital marketing and social media skills
- • Excellent communication, writing and presentation abilities
- • Proven networking and relationship‑building capabilities
- • Good understanding of the Kenyan media and business environment
- • Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- • Well‑connected across healthcare, corporate and media sectors
