Job Description
The Marketing Representative will promote Ebony Estates’ residential and commercial properties, generating leads and converting prospects into sales. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, conducting client presentations, and maintaining relationships with real‑estate agents and buyers. This position plays a key role in expanding the company’s market presence in Nairobi.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in real‑estate sales or property marketing
- • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- • Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
