Job Description
The Medical Laboratory Technician performs laboratory analyses, ensures quality control, maintains equipment and follows biosafety protocols to deliver accurate test results for patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
- • Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant regulatory body
- • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory

- • Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses
- • Process specimens and ensure proper handling
- • Perform quality‑control procedures and equipment calibration
- • Troubleshoot and maintain laboratory instruments

- • Communicate findings to clinical staff and maintain documentation
