Job Description
The Medical Training Executive will design and deliver training programs for medical sales representatives, ensuring they are equipped with up‑to‑date product knowledge and clinical insights. Responsibilities include onboarding new staff, creating digital learning content, and conducting webinars for internal and external audiences. The role requires a registered pharmacist with strong facilitation skills and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree and registration as a pharmacist
- • 2–5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in training or medical education
- • Certification in training, adult learning, coaching, or medical education is an advantage
- • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical selling principles and scientific content
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Deliver disease, product, and competitor training, including monthly refreshers and new launch updates
- • Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and “Fit‑for‑Field” certification for medical sales representatives
- • Provide field coaching through accompaniments, role‑plays, and gap analyses
- • Create digital learning pathways and host scientific webinars for internal and external audiences
- • Track training attendance, assess competencies, and develop performance dashboards
- • Develop and update compliant training materials, presentations, and assessment banks
- • Present CPD‑aligned webinars for pharmacists and technical teams covering disease areas and product science
