Job Description
The MEL & Research Manager leads monitoring, evaluation, research and learning activities for projects in Kenya and Nigeria, ensuring data quality, impact assessment and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience in monitoring, evaluation and research within development projects
- • Strong knowledge of data collection, analysis and reporting methodologies
- • Ability to work independently and manage multiple country programmes

- • Develop and implement MEL frameworks and tools for project monitoring
- • Design data collection instruments and oversee field data gathering
- • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to assess project outcomes
- • Produce reports, dashboards and learning briefs for stakeholders
- • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
