Job Description
The Membership and Advocacy Officer will manage KHF’s member database, drive engagement initiatives, and coordinate policy dialogues to strengthen the federation’s influence. The role includes planning events, facilitating member communications, and supporting advocacy programmes across the health sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc/HND) and MBA/MSc/MA
- • Professional Certificate (if applicable)
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Maintain an updated, segmented database of KHF members and ensure continuous communication
- • Lead structured outreach to members about events, policy dialogues and committee activities
- • Develop and implement a member engagement plan to boost participation, retention and satisfaction
- • Conduct periodic check‑ins with members, committee chairs and technical leads to capture priorities and emerging issues
