Job Description
The Merchant Acquisition Agent will grow the SME portfolio by acquiring new merchants, increasing transaction volumes and managing client relationships through proactive sales strategies and strong account management.
Responsibilities
- • Identify and approach potential SME merchants for acquisition
- • Promote banking products and services to increase transaction volume
- • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with merchant clients
- • Meet or exceed sales targets and account growth metrics
- • Provide ongoing support and resolve merchant issues
