Job Description
The MICE Sales Officer drives revenue by promoting and selling meetings, incentives, conferences and events to corporate and leisure clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless experiences, and building lasting client relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field
- • Minimum 2 years experience in MICE or event sales
- • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office

- • Identify and prospect corporate clients for meetings, incentives, conferences and events
- • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to secure bookings
- • Coordinate event logistics with operations, catering and sales teams
- • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract signing
- • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and partners
