Job Description
The MMC Project Coordinator supports the Data and Research Manager in delivering quantitative research projects from design through reporting. Responsibilities include creating enumerator supervision tools, overseeing field data collection, preparing donor narratives and monitoring project budgets. The coordinator ensures methodological quality and compliance with donor requirements while providing technical guidance to field staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc or MA) in Social Sciences, Development Studies or related discipline
- • Minimum 7 years experience in data collection, surveys or research coordination
- • Strong organisational, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Proficiency with Android‑based data collection applications and IT systems

- • Contribute to project design and assess feasibility of quantitative research studies
- • Develop enumerator supervision and tracking tools to ensure high‑quality field data
- • Oversee enumerator training, provide guidance and monitor field activities
- • Prepare detailed narrative and financial reports for donors summarising outcomes
- • Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budget allocations
- • Provide technical support to field teams and ensure adherence to SOPs and ethical standards
