Job Description
The Mobile Phone Repair Technician diagnoses and repairs hardware and software faults across major smartphone brands. The role requires accurate fault identification, component replacement, and software troubleshooting while maintaining high customer service standards. Technicians also manage spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND degree or Diploma in a relevant technical field
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile device repair

Responsibilities
- • Diagnose hardware and software faults accurately on smartphones and related devices
- • Repair or replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, and other components
- • Perform software installations, updates, resets, and troubleshoot operating system issues
- • Assess liquid‑damage cases and determine repair feasibility
- • Conduct motherboard‑level diagnostics and component repairs when possible
- • Execute micro‑soldering and connector replacements as required
- • Manage spare‑part inventory and ensure proper handling of customer devices
