Job Description
The Modern Trade Executive manages the planning, installation, maintenance and de‑commissioning of modern‑trade stands, ensuring they meet brand and merchandising standards. The role tracks stand performance, coordinates with internal teams and supports new store openings and dealer accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or Diploma
- • 1–2 years experience in sales, retail or trade merchandising
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Maintain a merchandise visibility tracker for assigned brands and address gaps
- • Keep the modern‑trade stands tracker current with location, status and condition details
- • Manage end‑to‑end stand lifecycle – planning, installation, maintenance and de‑commissioning – in line with SOPs
- • Plan and execute a structured store‑visit schedule to inspect stand condition and compliance
- • Coordinate stand builds, refurbishments and rollout timelines with the Retail Project Lead
- • Manage new store openings and dealer accounts, ensuring accurate asset records
- • Collaborate with product managers on merchandising priorities for each stand
- • Produce regular reports on stand performance, budget adherence and compliance
