Job Description
The MOH MNH Technical Advisor will provide strategic and technical support to the Director of Family Health, strengthening leadership and coordination of maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health programmes. The role involves policy development, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and partnership management across the RMNCAH portfolio. Candidates must have extensive public‑health experience and strong analytical skills. A bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field and at least ten years of progressive experience are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related discipline
- • At least ten years of progressive experience in public‑health programming
- • Demonstrated expertise in monitoring and evaluation and health data analysis
- • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership management abilities
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Offer strategic, technical and coordination support to the Director of Family Health
- • Strengthen leadership and implementation of RMNCAH programmes and the EWENE Acceleration Plan
- • Develop and update policies, standards and guidelines for maternal and newborn health
- • Lead monitoring, evaluation and performance‑review processes, including dashboards
- • Facilitate partner coordination, resource mobilisation and operational research initiatives
