Job Description
The Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will design, implement and manage the M&E framework for all projects at I&M Foundation, ensuring impact is measured and reported accurately. They will develop indicators, lead data collection and analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for strategic decision‑making. The role requires at least seven years of M&E experience, strong analytical skills and the ability to work with diverse partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND and MBA/MSc/MA or equivalent advanced degree.
- • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in non‑profit or development settings.
- • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
- • Excellent relationship‑building and facilitation skills.
- • Commitment to equity, inclusion and community‑centered approaches.
- • Proven ability to communicate impact findings clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
- • Develop and refine M&E frameworks, tools and processes aligned with the foundation’s strategy.
- • Establish performance indicators and metrics to assess program outcomes and impact.
- • Support grantee partners in strengthening their monitoring and evaluation capacities.
- • Lead the collection, management and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
- • Ensure data quality, consistency and integrity throughout the reporting cycle.
- • Translate findings into actionable insights and evidence‑based recommendations.
- • Manage efficient data storage and documentation for all projects.
- • Produce regular M&E reports for internal and external stakeholders.
