Job Description
The Monitoring Center Analyst supports the bank’s monitoring infrastructure by continuously tracking system events, analyzing alerts, and coordinating incident response. The role involves root‑cause analysis, performance reporting, and first‑level support for banking systems, ensuring minimal service disruption.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
- • Professional certification in monitoring or IT service management
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT monitoring or incident management
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Continuously monitor system events and alerts to prevent service downtime
- • Intervene promptly to mitigate potential incidents
- • Conduct root‑cause analysis with technical teams and implement preventive measures
- • Manage, coordinate, and resolve IT incidents arising from monitoring
- • Produce threat, statistical, and event analysis reports
- • Identify areas for improvement based on monitoring metrics
- • Generate performance reports and recommend enhancements
- • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain monitoring software
- • Provide first‑level support for various bank systems
