Job Description
The MEAL Officer will lead outcome measurement and monitoring activities for the SRHR Next programme, working closely with partner organisations. The role involves developing a comprehensive documentation strategy, preparing analytical reports and dashboards, and ensuring data quality throughout the project lifecycle. The officer will also facilitate learning events and knowledge‑sharing sessions to promote evidence‑based decision making.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, International Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field
- • Experience designing and implementing M&E frameworks for health or rights programmes
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners
