Job Description
The MEAL Coordinator will design, implement and continuously improve the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning system for the Sudan Country Programme, ensuring high‑quality evidence collection and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field

Responsibilities
- • Lead design, coordination and continuous improvement of the programme’s MEAL system
- • Ensure programme teams and partners collect, analyse, use and report high‑quality evidence consistently
- • Promote accountability and learning to enhance programme quality and impact
- • Support baseline surveys, formative and operational research activities
- • Develop project MEAL plans and community feedback mechanisms
- • Facilitate community feedback and accountability processes
- • Produce programme MEAL reports for stakeholders
- • Provide technical and programme support to partners’ MEAL officers
