Job Description
Provides specialist technical capacity for monitoring, evaluation and learning, ensuring high‑quality outputs, ethical compliance and effective collaboration with foundation partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc or MA) in a relevant field
- • Minimum five years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment or related areas
- • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- • High attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
- • Experience working with international NGOs or development organizations in Africa
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Collaborate with IPO lead and foundation teams to coordinate partner engagements
- • Conduct quality assurance reviews of MEL diagnostics, products and reports
- • Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data protection requirements
- • Provide technical expertise to support impact evaluation and learning activities
- • Prepare and present clear, evidence‑based findings to stakeholders
