Job Description

The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will design and institutionalize the corporation’s MEL framework, establishing policies, tools and standards for effective performance tracking. The role involves developing data collection methodologies, analyzing results, and reporting insights to guide strategic decisions. The officer also supports capacity building across units to embed a learning culture within the organization. This position contributes to continuous improvement of projects and programmes through evidence‑based evaluation.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field
  • • At least 2 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, or data analysis within a corporate or development setting
  • • Proficiency with MEL software and statistical analysis tools
  • • Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
  • • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
