Job Description
The Mortgage Performance Analyst supports the Director of Mortgage at KCB Bank by analysing portfolio performance, identifying risk factors and providing insights to drive growth and profitability. The role involves preparing reports, conducting data analysis and ensuring operational risk standards are met. It is a full‑time position based in Nairobi.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- • 2–4 years of experience in banking, mortgage analysis or financial analytics
- • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving skills
- • Proficiency with Excel and data‑analysis software
- • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
