Job Description
The Mortgage Performance Analyst monitors and evaluates the performance of the bank’s mortgage portfolio, preparing analytical reports and recommending actions to improve profitability and risk management. The role requires strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of mortgage products. It is a full‑time position within KCB Bank’s finance division in Nairobi.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- • Relevant experience in mortgage analysis, banking, or financial services
- • Strong quantitative and data‑analysis skills
- • Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling tools
- • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
